It’s Wedding Season!!!

Styleboards! I love them! My husband has often been forced into suggesting that perhaps, yes, that headband looks better with that gown and moving this or that increases the flow of the board. That’s why I luveee him so!

This gown is gorgeeeous!!! Yes, it’s the work of Miss Wang. The mermaid gown is constructed of layers of romantic chantilly lace and finished with the signature Audrey sash which has become somewhat iconic on its own. This is my absolute dream dress (okay, one of my five dream dresses ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ). Her name is Audrey and deservingly so. I think that the perfection of this gown deserves to share it’s name with my favourite style icon and more importantly, one of my grandmothers. The dress is a splurge girls however you can find a preowned gown if you look. Caution to brides looking to buy preowned, ensure the seller can provide a receipt and if they cannot, an explanation that you feel comfortable with. I think it would be heartbreaking to buy a couture gown, preowned, only to discover it’s a replica.  The gown itself is circa 2007 however, I did some investigating and the gown is still available at the Vera Wang flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York. 212.628.3400.
